When was the last time your career felt exciting, like the moment before the curtain goes up?
Sometimes your career flows easily from one satisfying act to another. Other times you may feel stuck in the wings. A reflective pause – either by choice or by circumstance – can be a valuable time to step back, take a breath, and dream big. But how do you move through this process? And then what? How do you step confidently and successfully onto a new stage? This is where I come in.
In my last job, I started most mornings with trepidation, procrastinated throughout the day, and wrapped up each evening feeling defeated, with little energy left for my family. When I discovered career coaching, I was elated and energized — the clarity of this path for me was exhilarating. I was so excited that I could launch my own business helping people, using my recruiting experience, creating strategy and plans, and writing beautiful resumes. I love this work! I want my clients to find that same excitement, and I consider it a privilege every time a client chooses me as their partner for this journey.
